In my 35+ years of experience in mesothelioma litigation I’ve learned a good deal about the world of asbestos, which is not only a national problem, but also one that is increasingly global in its dimensions. In this blog, I intend to comment from time to time on the legal aspects I have lived with every day since 1974. We spend a great deal of time keeping up with medical developments so our firm can better understand what’s happening to our clients and what their treatment options might be, and we also pay careful attention to developments related to the basic science questions underlying asbestos and how it causes disease. These areas too will be open for (not very) technical discussion.

I hope this blog will serve as a conduit for this important information and as a forum for sharing information and resources on the increasingly vital international effort to stem the rising tide of future death and disease caused by the continued use of asbestos.
